Work more on the construction. Many of his proportions are wrong. Looks like you haven't done much life drawings because u're applying shadow/light not as u should do. U have to have the darkest shadow and the lightest light, but many of your tones looks the same.
And the most important part is composition: u just cut the guys head and legs. U can't do this in figure drawing, learn composition- do more cast drawings and so on. And then jump into the figure drawing, because it's really difficult part of art education.
