I think this drawing goes beyond a simple "nice job" or "good going". The detail of this picture is amazing. Her eyes are lovely, very expressive and show a empathy and kindness that you have managed to project. Her mouth is beautifully shaded and you did a fantastic job on the nose, though what stands out to me the most is the hair. The contrasts within the ringlets is what really fascinates me. The hair looks very life like and full of movement.

After looking at the original picture, feel your only failing in this work is that the model and final work do not look like the same people. When I first saw this work I pictured a blond with dark blue eyes. I also pictured her much more pale, but perhaps that is just my interpretation of your work. Whatever the case, I think it's a solid piece of work. Great job.

i must say i like the background effect... she looks radiant.. i must say.. her eyes are beautifully done... her hair looks a little weird like springy noodles, i wish it was done better and look more natural. her body proportions are good, nothing like an over sized head or body. shading technique, im not a pro on it but to me your shading technique is logically (what kind of word im writing??) i mean, its good. the ruffles or wrinkles on her shoulders looks a little weird, but the front area is good. the artwork is overall nicely done!
